Great place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy restaurant. They were so helpful to my elderly parents during our first stay. I highly recommend staying here. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Good location, it was very close to the railway line and river, the restaurant and good pubs. Furthermore, due to the pub being very close...

The location is peaceful and ideal and they have parking on site. Nicely decorated and well-appointed rooms come with a great view and bath and shower, as example. Attentive and really friendly staff as one would expect.

Easy to get to and swiftly dealt with.
Paper thin walls allowed you to hear everything in the corridor and worst of all from the neighbours bathroom,on that basis i wont be back.

Everything was great, met standards, and the staff were accommodating people especially the receptionist and restaurant manager. Its location was marvellous, due to the pub being very close, and in a good area. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Leighs Sandwich Bar.

Convenience of outside rooms. (easy to return after the party) Location close to friends for lift to party and return. Very good cooked breakfast.
Very creaky flooring. Must have disturbed guests in the room below. (Room 62) Breakfast area was dull and dimly lit.

I found the decor charming and inviting, with bright colors and cozy nooks perfect. The staff were notably attentive. Everything was well-maintained, promoting a cute atmosphere for seniors.
More accessible seating options would enhance comfort.

Great view from my room (of the refinery...) Nice breakfast, good service.
They need to pick up on the details. For example, the Freeview TV in my room only seemed to have half the channels available (ie C4+1 but not C4!). There were a few other things as well, the shower took ages to get warm (I was in the extension block) and was not very powerful. Fix these and it would be an unreserved recommendation.
